Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026.
About this policy
Cyndrex operates cyndrex.com. Our business address is 99 Wall Street, New York, NY, United States.
This policy covers the public website, job applications submitted through its application form, and inquiries sent through its email links. It does not replace a separate privacy notice supplied for an investment, advisory relationship or third-party client portal.
Information you choose to provide
Job applications can be submitted through the website’s application form. Other contact links may open your email application. Information you send may include:
- General inquiries: your name, email address, organization, location, contact preferences and the contents of your message.
- Investor inquiries: the email template also asks for investor type, approximate investable amount, accredited or qualified investor status, time horizon, objectives, liquidity needs and referral source.
- Recruitment inquiries: your name, email address, selected role, résumé or relevant experience provided as text, a cover note, and any portfolio or professional profile links you choose to provide.
Please send only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, payment card details or account credentials through the form or by email.
How information is used
We use information from website inquiries to respond, arrange discussions and assess whether our services are relevant. We use application materials to consider candidates and communicate about opportunities.
We do not use website inquiries or applications for marketing.
Storage and staff access
Job application form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress database. Other inquiries may be kept in our email system, with related working files stored in OneDrive or on company computers where needed. Access is limited to staff who need the information for the purposes described in this policy.
Auditors and professional advisers
We may share relevant information with auditors and professional advisers when needed for audit, accounting, legal or similar professional services. We limit what we share to the information required for that work and apply appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
Staff training and prospective investors
Our default for training employees and other staff is to use anonymized examples or aggregated information. We use the same approach when drawing on inquiry or application information in discussions with prospective investors. These routine uses do not include identifiable applicant records or personal financial details.
Any exceptional use of identifiable information would need separate review of its purpose, necessity, safeguards, applicable requirements and any required permission before it occurs.
Website technology and providers
The website uses WordPress and Hostinger services. Its pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a script from Hostinger Reach. Loading these external resources involves your browser contacting the provider, which may receive technical connection information such as your IP address and browser details.
Hostinger Reach provides form and email-marketing features. Hostinger describes its embed in the Reach documentation as an on-site tracking script. The script may process technical information in connection with those features. For information about Hostinger’s processing, see its privacy notice linked below.
For information about these providers, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Hostinger’s Privacy Policy. Their notices describe their own practices.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and browser storage can support website functionality, preferences or measurement. WordPress includes browser-support detection code using session storage on this site. Browser settings let you manage cookies and site data; restricting them can affect website features.
Privacy questions and requests
For privacy questions and requests, email privacy@cyndrex.com. You can ask about information you have provided, including its storage or retention, or request access, correction or deletion. Available rights and any restrictions depend on applicable law.
