Fraud Protection Tips

Verify before you share or send

An unexpected investment proposal or job offer deserves a careful check. Someone using Cyndrex’s name, logo, or an employee’s identity may be trying to obtain money or personal information.

If a message concerns you, pause before responding, opening attachments, downloading software, or making a payment.

Contact Cyndrex independently

Type cyndrex.com into your browser yourself. Start a new message using the appropriate address below rather than replying to a suspicious message:

Investment and general inquiries:

invest@cyndrex.com

Recruitment inquiries:

careers@cyndrex.com

Privacy concerns:

privacy@cyndrex.com

Check the full sender and reply-to addresses for unexpected differences. Even an address displaying @cyndrex.com can be spoofed; the displayed domain alone does not establish authenticity.

Warning signs to take seriously

  • Promises of unusually high or guaranteed investment returns with little or no risk
  • Pressure to act immediately, keep a transaction secret, or skip independent checks
  • Unexpected payment instructions, changed bank details, or requests to send funds to an unfamiliar recipient
  • Demands for additional money to release supposed investment profits
  • Job offers requiring payment for equipment, training, or processing, or instructions to deposit a check and send money elsewhere
  • Requests for passwords, PINs, one-time verification codes, or remote access to your device

Fraudulent websites, documents, advertisements, and social profiles can look convincing. Screenshots showing profits or messages from apparently satisfied investors are not reliable verification.

Before taking the next step

Confirm the person, opportunity, and payment destination independently. Do not rely on a phone number, link, or contact supplied in the questionable message. Verify recruitment requests before providing identity documents or banking information.

Keep software updated and use unique passwords and multi-factor authentication where available. Do not share verification codes with someone who contacts you.

If you suspect fraud

Stop sending money or information. If you paid, contact your bank or payment provider immediately and ask whether the transaction can be stopped or reversed. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Preserve the messages, website addresses, dates, and transaction records. If login details were exposed, change affected passwords through the genuine service and secure any other accounts using the same password.

Notify Cyndrex through the relevant address above. Include a brief description and the suspicious sender or website address. Do not email passwords, verification codes, full financial account details, or identity documents.

In the United States, report scams to the Federal Trade Commission at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ and internet-related crime to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at https://www.ic3.gov/. Elsewhere, contact the appropriate local authorities.
